I have read quite a few logs over the years about Billing boats Vasa. Now that I thought about taking up my construction, I feel that I can't bear to go through them again and unfortunately the memory is not what it used to be.
Maybe some kind soul here can enlighten me on what things I should think about when it comes to this particular model. Maybe something is not quite right, was it something with the galleries? The cannon gates, or maybe it was d'Agostini's model?
Apologies for the google translation.
And, yes I intend to post a build log. :)

Hello,
with regards to that kit, its been around for over 50 years. Billings use generic cannon barrels on all their kits so thats something I would swap out.
In addition, there's lots of plastic parts and decorations you might consider upgrading. I could go on further and say the rigging thread and tackle blocks are poor quality, but thats up to you.

good luck with it. It can build into a fine model with a few upgrades.

Now I have posted the beginning of a build log.
I also have Artesania Latinas Vasa in 1/65 so I will build Billings with the parts that come with the kit, as an exercise before the bigger and more accurate one.
