wow. congratulations on your progress. It is looking really nice. I am surprised by the amount of detail that is required. To me that's a good thing.

i'm building st roch. i had to look it up. st roch the patron saint of dogs. mostly enjoying the build except for the bug a boo about the almost non existent instructions. big mistake because I didn't build the mast step before installing the deck. i don't know how the mast can stay erected before rigging is installed

I have that one on my todo list. It's pretty incredible that the St Roch travelled through the Northwest passage.
Also impressive are the people that were on the boat.

Ok it's been sitting dormant on the bench for too long ! Time to crack on and finish the St Roch.

I've always like the story of this ship (boat?), ever since reading a story about it in elementary school.

Started on the rigging ( not a strong point of mine ) and started on the front mast structure.

Looks really good. I think the St. Roch is one of the better and more interesting models despite its size.
