Black Pearl 1/48 Open hull

So what is the difference in the Black Pearl and the Flying Dutchman?

I had been told they were the same ship, with different names?

I don't remember the story line behind the ships in the pirate movies.

They are not the same ship, and are actually quite diferent, black pearl is black as if burned, the flying dutchman is ruined and rotten from beeing underwater

Flying dutchman is considerably bigger, and overall they look quite different

In the movie universe both are known to be very fast ships, the claim is that the black pearl is the only ship that can outrun the flying dutchman
