your anchor looks very good and aged, but the wooden stock is upside down, see the image below

After some headschratching I got the easiest way to corrects the rotation. I cut the wooden parts in the middle, rotate them in the right direction, made this way only a very small damage but the painting hides it well I think. Looks better, thank you for the warning.
The wodden parts for the deadeyes, i'm not sure what the exact name is are very strange constructed by original. I do not really understand the idea behind this layout plan. Am I wrong with this one? I have made a sample for replace the original one can be seen on pictures. The original plans have also not so big gaps between the deadeyes.
The first one is the original plan from Zhl left to right with 5 and 2 deadeyes. The second one is mine could be with 3 and 4 with smaller gap which Is enough for canon also and left side could be also a bit less wider cutting the rest material. Should I replace the original. I found the official plan on internet and there been used also this layout.

I have a small progress with the rudder and the first deadeyes are in place. I dont like make the deadeyes, I can't make them nice, they not looking really good.
I glued some small dekos to the captain Cabin and I consider the painting mostly done for the right side of the ship. I used color pigments, and fixative spray.
The position for the deadeyes needed to change. My first idea was wrong so I repositioned only one deadeyes the third one from left. The Canons have free space and the Original position was not much changed by me.

I made some progress in the last weeks. I did not made such detailed photos and instructions as I wanted, I had not much time, I progressed always in small steps, every day a small part. This is the actual state for now. The biggest challange was the electrical connection for the rear decorative lamps.

Brilliant work, I've just finished first planking on the same (but cheaper Chinese copy version) Black Pearl. My kit hasn't come with detailed plans and what I'm missing completely is the mast and rigging 1:1 drawings. Could you possibly photograph the plans so that I've at least got something to work off please.

Rudder looks fantastic, but don't forget the rudder safety chain most ships had, just in case the rudder became unpinned.
