Hi all,

After my failed attempt to design a POF-style ship, I decided to go with something less challenging to gain more experience with hull construction techniques, especially full-frame (full skeleton) methods.

So I chose to start with the Mellpapa drawings.
I downloaded them and began working on the detailed parts in AutoCAD. Later, the design was transferred into LightBurn format and cut from plywood.

At Home Depot, the only suitable option available was 6 mm plywood, so I had to redesign the drawings to accommodate this material and proceed with the build.

It’s slowly coming together and starting to take a more suitable shape.

The first time filling a very curved aria went not the best. But there is a huge potential for the future.
I kind of like what potentialky can be done and i dont feel needs for filling entire aria with no problematic curves.
Something to think about
