Don't use steel wool on the wood before bleaching- the tiny bits of steel left behind will turn into tiny black dots that I never was able to get rid of.

TAKE THE necessary safety rules. IT is an ACID un the range Phofurus Acid and can harm a lot mainly eyes both in unprotected skin and gives burns
 
I got the pearwood, this time the colour is better and realise myself I will never get the same. Because the wood on the ship is more than 13 years old. I got to live with al little difference in colour. Thanks for al the advice about bleeching.
