Blending my 2 hobbies

I figured that 6 Rangeley boats didn't quite fill out the scene, so I decided to build six more. As I was finishing up the 5th (11th total), I thought I try something different. The last boat was built using pre-stained strip wood. I included some small holes and an area needing new planks. They are off to my friends model railroad to finish out the scene!

Nice job! It’s nice to see more small boat models. If modeled correctly there lightweight scantlings can make them hard to build.

As a teenager, I didn’t care much for living in Maine, but as I get older I find that the longer I’m away, the more attractive it becomes.

Your work is absolutely brilliant.
