BlueJacket Wyoming

Well Peter, I jumped right in when they were finishing up the prototype, and due to some family connection to the ship I placed my order.
I believe this may have been Blue Jacket's largest kit production so that means a lot of Murphy's popping up in the production phase. I kept in touch with the great folks, Nic in particular, and they encouraged me to be patient. Since there is always some ship on the ways in my shop I was satisfied with the wait.

And now you can start your build log:)

Thanks very much guys for the encouragement. It is my intent to try a build log, however just prior to receiving the Wyoming I accepted a commission to build the Bluejacket Red Jacket. With my work routine I expect the Red Jacket to take about a year. I spent just over two weeks just to fair the hull. I have just returned from a trip to Scotland so I need to send a report to the folks who provided me with excellent recommendations on Maritime Museums as soon as I get my notes and some photos together. Stand By and thanks.
