I would like to express my regret for one of my omissions, and I would like to add a tip now.
The casks are upgrades and must be purchased separately, there are 48 B1, 14 B2, 24 B3, 6 B4, 4 B5 and 36 B6 barrels, which will only loading half the hold.
The Cask Upgrade Pack is in production and will be available soon.

This is a great instructional build ! The model, and your build, are exceptional...When will the kit be available in the USA ?
What will be the options (type of wood, etc).
Are the notches in the beams pre-cut ?

You can buy this kit in the online store, and the "Modelship dockyard" in this forum will sell our kits as an agent.
