My guess would be that the website has been left alone and the ordering process left limited to word of mouth among enthusiasts such as frequent this site in order to keep the influx of new orders manageable. I suspect Dianna’s motivation is more about honoring Jim’s legacy than cashing in.
 
Probably Jim's heirs are trying to sell the company on favourable terms and under guarantees of continuity, a figure that takes time. If that, his great tech heritage won't be lost.
