I would like to show you advance of my first wooden model. I've chosen a shallop from Pavel. I want share a few pictures from the beginning of building, and show actual state of model.

Yesterday I had some free time for a hobby. I managed to make some more details. Leeboard and add a few metal details.

Hi Kramer
I've used 2 colours. First 2 coats are light oak. After I just paint with "Dry brush " second colour (English oak).
I hope my answer will help you.

This is the last update before installing the pulleys, ropes, and a few other bits and pieces. Considering my practically zero experience with wooden sets, I think it's quite acceptable. Judge for yourself

I do not have a lot experience building this kind of model. Personally I really enjoying building this kit. The quality of it is also very good.
