I saved all 200+ of Doris' build log pictures of the Sovereign and a few of her movies on the computer. If the disappear from the web, I can restore them.

Complicated standing rigging, done more to show off the expertise of the riggers than for practicality. This is typical early 17th century style.

Waist details. Train tackles were installed on some of the gun carriages. Note how the fore course and fore topsail brace lines are rove through blocks on the main stays above, down through blocks on the deck, to belay on cleats on either side of the hatch, behind the guns at the front of the waist. I wonder how she decided that these should go there?
