I found an excellent set of magnifiers on AliExpress. Want to share with you. Now full set is being sold for nothing. I recall buying original produced in US for about a hundred dollars with just one multiplication lens. Had to think long before deciding what multiplication factor to buy.

Hey Y.T.
That's a pretty good deal for those who like that style of magnifier. I myself find them uncomfortable to wear and don't like that you are pretty much limited to looking straight ahead. I found that simple reading glasses with high magnification are much more comfortable and give you a much wider field of vision. You can buy them up to 6X magnification and they are really cheap. I usually buy on Temu, but I'm sure something similar is available from AliExpress

:) I occasionally run into that problem myself. They make straps that will hold glasses in place, but of course, if you're comfortable with the head gear, go for it. I always say "do what works"

This is a copy of the famous OptiVISOR magnifiers used by modelers for decades. Just now one can have them for almost free. I had seen them being used by some small scale machinists and jewelers too.

I've bought cheap and expensive headgear magnifiers, desktop magnifiers with and without lights, etc. But the best purchase I made was 3 pair of glasses from eBay in 3.0, 4.5 and 6 diopter strength. Lightweight, easy to use, much better for me than everything else.

Here is a pic of what I got.

I have these also and use the 2.5x with my prescription glasses. Found the plastic tabs holding the lens loosened over time so I enlarged the holes and replaced them with brass stove head screws and thumb screw nuts. The lens are very nice, thick and substantial. If I break these I will definitely buy another set.
