I have a 1-78 Mantua Sergal Victory I'd like to copper plate the hull on. What I don't know is what size plates and the best place to get them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

They were typically 15" X 48" and overlapped 1.5". At 1:78 they would be about 15.6mm X 4.8mm. If they are not overlapped on the model reduce them about 1/2mm in breadth and length. Check out the Drydock Models website although they do not have them in your scale on their website. They are possibly the best copper plates available unless you make your own.
