Creating decor parts using Meshy AI (other 3D object generators are available) is becoming easier by the moment and, rather than photo-bomb a build log where this is a tangential discussion, I'm putting this here, purely to demonstrate how easy it is to use. I am in the very early stages of two Soleil Royal builds and will almost certainly use Meshy AI to help create the decor for at least one if not both models. I did a super quick sense-check just now to make sure I'm not over-expectant. I used Google's built-in AI to generate an image as follows: "create a picture of a sun king in a chariot with a horse either side". It gave me the heavenly image you see below. Then, after logging into Meshy for a free trial, I dragged that image in and let it do it's thing. Two or three minutes later, this is the model I got. I will be expecting to have to refine, in Blender, any outputs and to 'cut' the models in Blender or F360 to fit my hulls but I'm hugely impressed that the software unilaterally discarded the background to just give me a 'statue'. You have to have a paid account in order to download the models and it's a bit early in my journey for this, but I'm sure you get the point. With so much imagery of the decor online, I'm fairly confident that my plan is realistic.
