Just received some blocks from Dry Dock. They are the best of the "premium" blocks that I have seen. No need for further sanding, and the holes are big enough, do not have to enlarge them for use.

What are the possibilities of doing sheets of generic gun port rain or water diverters (no clue on what they are called)

Sheets could have many on each piece of wood. Poss. available in different sizes as well.
