Hello to all
I would like to propose a post of the Enterprize Kit of the CAF model, which I am creating with the addition of the complete interiors.
To create the interior, I took a cue from the designs of Pandora and the Shipyard project.
The undertaking is not an easy one and surely there will be mistakes.
However, I hope you like it
A greeting

Construction of the ordinates and the keel :
The quality of the kit is quite good.
The laser cutting of the ordered pieces is well made, and assembly is easy.
I had to rebuild the aft ordinate 57 because it was missing entirely.
I also rebuilt the last tidy el stern castle because in the kit is plastic.

The bow ordinates, like all English-built vessels, are angled with respect to the keel.
The kit provides templates for the realization of the angle with the disc wheel.

The detection of the dimensions of the internal bridges was not easy, because the pandora is however slightly different from the Enterprize, and unfortunately there is not a lot of precise documentation on the inside of the Enterprize144.jpg

For the first bridge, I first made the Deck Beam in two pieces each, for milling with the Proxxon milling machine.
I had to redo all the pieces because in the kit they are made of a single piece, not like the original project. 800-04-8147.jpg800-04-8148.jpg800-04-8151.jpg800-04-8175.jpg800-04-8176.jpg800-04-8177.jpg

I fixed all the Deck beams on the inside of the hull, reporting the distances from the project and adapting them to the hull of the Enterprize.
Here, unfortunately, I made a misalignment error with the lower bridge.
Then he took the dimensions on the inside and marked the middle point for each ordinate, I reported everything on the drawing pasted on a sheet of plywood.
From here I marked all the carvings for the installation of the beams.
And then I proceeded with the milling. 800-04-8380.jpg800-04-8381.jpg800-04-8407.jpg800-04-8409.jpg800-04-8419.jpg800-04-8380.jpg800-04-8381.jpg800-04-8407.jpg800-04-8409.jpg800-04-8419.jpg
