Hi ARU01, may I point out that the pulleys are installed incorrectly? You should rotate them 180 degrees (so the holes face the lugs). FrankI already posted some pictures in wrong Forum. so starting again as model nears completion.
Do not know about you all . but this model which i started some 12 years ago and only had hull finished.
Retired now and time to spare.
Finaly found out that it is essential to do all the masting and running rigging and sails before putting on ths shrouds and fixxed rigging . Would have also be easier to do all the rigging before filling deck with cabins etc.View attachment 602863View attachment 602864View attachment 602865View attachment 602866View attachment 602867View attachment 602868View attachment 602869View attachment 602870View attachment 602871View attachment 602872View attachment 602873View attachment 602874View attachment 602875View attachment 602876View attachment 602877View attachment 602878View attachment 602879View attachment 602880

Hi Rob, Thanks for getting back to me. FrankHi Frank, I totally agree with you but this way is a lot easier and time saving. I simply place the on small nail and twist wire /rope around it. besides real builders nobody notices details like that thanks for reply
