I have put a link to SOS in my Facebook group "Merchant Ships in Miniature" (695 members). Whether they will come here or not, remains to be seen. They are only interested in merchant ship modelling though!

at least the link is there and modelers can come and look around

at one time I was a die hard wooden sailing ship modeler, never thought in my wildest dreams I would be interested in anything else, then along came the steamer Mississippi. so you never know for sure.
 
It is very unlikely. I have asked them if anyone has joined SOS, and so far - no comment! Similarly, it would be unlikely if anyone here joined a forum devoted to merchant ships, mainly power rather than sail.
