Not about ship building. I am like Patrick, I never built a ship before.

Anyway, I am sure we will see Patrick's ability to transfer his skills quite easily to ship building; and find lots of enjoyment in this form of creativity.
I have a feeling he will do exceedingly well and may start a scratch build soon after his first ship.
