First ship

Greetings:
I've always wanted to build wooden ship models, decided to start though with a resin model from La Meridiana, an Italian company. It's a 1/32nd scale Rogers Rangers boat from the French and Indian War, I had some extra woods strips so instead of painting it, I planked it. Also added a scratch built the mast, it's almost finished. After I finish it, I'm working on a diorama for it, will have it sitting in the water.

Good selection for a first build; not too large or complex but with enough details to make it rewarding and not frustrating along the voyage. We'll be looking forward to your diorama. Nice work. RIch (PT-2)
