Never?????oops nevermind

Better than my first effort! I'd suggest filling in some of the gaps with wood putty and sanding everything smooth. Use a file to straighten the boards at the stern and make sure to sand and shape them so that both ends of the hull are uniform when you look at the ship stern on. If there's a gap, make stealer to cover any gap between the keel and the hull planks.Dont know if this is the correct place for this
