Hi All
Flying Fish Schooner
is a build of 5 years with interruptions. She had taken her place in our living room for 3 years patiently waiting for her sails. At that time I have decided not to put sails because of dust and they also cover the details on the deck ,I thought. But during the lock down I couldn't stand watching a sailing ship without sails. Now it is finished has a protective glas case too and I hope she is representable for the SoS - Modelship gallery.

It is a Corel Model SM19
Scale 1:50 L 745mm, H 585mm, D110mm

I made some additions to the Corel plans specially a guide facility and supplementary metal area to collect or to gather the anchor chains behind the capstan.I also made a hanging system for the dinghy. All the sails are also equipped with eyelets (2-2.5 mm in diameter).I gave her rounded sternrail also( most of this models I've seen are with cornered deck rails) .
Flying Fish is my third model on my pipe line. The others were Adler von Lübeck (allready posted to the SoS Gallery) und Krabbenkutter Krabbe 12 von Graupner.
My next projects are:
Red Dragon Artesianna
Dolphyn - Corel
La Couronne
I hope I can succesfully manage to complete them.
I hope you enjoy the attachments

Kind Regards from Bosphorus:)Pirate Flag
