I'm selling my HMS Surprise...
Here for your consideration is my model of the HMS Surprise in 1/48 scale from Artesania Latina that I purchased new in 2016. This ship was made famous in the movie Master and Commander staring Russell Crow. Please study the pictures as they show that everything is here and unstarted plus some extras. The ships figurehead is a lump of metal – just awful. Included is a very nice CNC carved figurehead in boxwood that cost me $120 from Ebay. Also included are 8 sheets full size in color of the ships plans as found on the included CD. That cost me a bundle – please don’t ask. I would love to build this fantastic model, but my age is catching up to me and lately I’m suffering from hand tremors.
I’m asking $650.00 plus $75.00 for shipping.
