To rotate images, use the Attachment Editor at the very bottom of the post, on the left next to the Report button. Somewhat surprisingly, it allowed me to do it for you. :)
 
Thanks! I knew I had managed it before but didn't think to look down there. I was faffing about with "right click" options on the images and getting nowhere. When I made a pre-anti-rotated copy in the source file and posted it it came up verbatim. I must write a note to myself somewhere then remember where I put it.
This reminds me of the number of envelopes I have printed with the address upside down or on the flap side or upside down and on the flap side.
And why does a USB plug only go in at the third attempt?
