Greeting from Elelid

Hello Elelid and welcome to the forum. Yes, it' a great resource for ship builders and I learn something new every time I open this site. By looking at your models I'd say you have been building them for at least forty years or so. Very good work and nice ad clean and tidy too. These ship models are not casual hobby work but more like something that would be done for a living. I'm particularly interested in your model tank and your grandson from Gaza. I'd love to talk with him about what he does and how he gets along in Gaza. I can't believe he would take a vacation from that area and then actually go back there again. My sincere best wishes for him in the future.
What about you Elelid, are you still in Isreal? I hope you and your family are well and making your way to a good life. You have no idea how much we want to help.
Here's a picture of the ship I'm working on now and for the last three years. Not even to the rigging yet but I'll get there somehow.
The Clippership, Great Republic ,built in Boston in 1853 by Donald McKay. Look me up on the forum under Norgale. Several builds on there. Glad to have you with us. Norgale
