Hello there! I have admired the hobby from afar for quite some time, but am now finally diving in with the Dory.
I have experience with painting wargame, mecha, and D&D miniatures, as well as plastic model building, but have never touched wood.
Unfortunately a back injury earlier this year has really curtailed the amount of time spent sitting at a workbench, so this might be slow going at first, but seems like builds require pretty regular wait periods built in while waiting for things to dry, and those might be the perfect opportunity to rest!
