I found this photo - better it was send by a modeling friend

Seems to be a lower or gun deck - definitely a very interesting structure
Does anybody knows the name of the ship or where the photo was made?

You are really fast in the solution - I thought it will take longer until you find out, that it is a fun question

Yes - correct

It is french violin made by Augustin Chappuy in the year 1770

The inside of a violin that's had a significant amount of repair work performed on it, if I'm seeing those multiple rectangular pieces on the top and bottom correctly. Interesting photo though, and had me puzzled for longer than I like to admit. lol

That is a picture of the inside of a violin. I saw the same picture that had a description of the actual violin but can’t find it now… sorry.

based on the "S" shape of the cutouts at the top of the picture, I would venture that it is an image of the inside of a stringed instrument like a cello. :)
1. YOU ARE CORRECT (BUT A VIOLIN)! VERY PERSPICACIOUS.
2. I WATCHED A YOUTUBE ON VIOLIN MAKING A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. JUST DUMN LUCK!
