Glad I found this site. Looking forward to learning from others as I start to get my build space ready for this winter. I have a few 1/700, 1/350 & 1/400 WWII & WWI ships I have accumulated since retiring last year. I have a few wood working projects to finish yet this summer.
 
Welcome to SoS! This is a friendly and resource-rich site for people addicted to boat model building. I recently built the U.S.S. Becuna, a Lion class navy submarine that is berthed here in Philadelphia. I also have a Revell plastic model kit of the U.S.S. New Jersey, an Iowa class battleship ("Big J") and the most decorated U.S. battleship, which is also moored in nearby Camden, NJ. Fair sails!
