I have not posted on the forums but have searched the site to resolve problems or get ideas on my builds. I am retired, 13 years navy and 33 years Department of Veterans Affairs. I have several projects in the works, just finished a lobster smack, and I am rebuilding a virginia pilot schooner I made about 35 years ago. I am also about half way through the Charles Morgan.

Welcome! Thanks for your 13 years tweaking those sonars. Lots of other Navy(ret) on the forum.

Sounds like you have lots of models under your belt! If you're like me, you'll still learn something new every time you read a few build logs.

If you're so inclined, start a log on your Morgan build, so someone else can learn.

Hello John and welcome aboard. I am also in the middle of building the Charles Morgan. I would to see some pictures of your work.

Bill
hi Bill let me see what I can do, I am finishing a overhaul of the swift which I built about 40 years ago. my wife and I moved about a year ago and it took a real toll on my projects
i need to look at the build tools and see how they work. I hope it will help keep my motivation going.
John

that's my plan. and I agree the builds section helps so much and the utube videos are also incredibly helpful.
thanks
