New here and lots of good info so far.
I built the USS Emma about 40 years ago and now building the Occhre HMS Terror, and so far it has been a terror. Ran out of most of the brass parts. And mine came with the keel from the Erebus which I didn't realize until I was installing the bowsprit. My next build will have a lot less shroud lines.
 
Hi. OcCre has a great warranty response. If you go to their web site and follow their instructions you can order the parts you ran out of and get replacements. Generally free including shipping. It will require you to provide proof of purchase and the parts numbers and quantities. Submit your request and wait for part replacements. I live in the USA and it can sometimes take a while.

Thanks I heard they were good, but already ordered from Amazon as I didn't want to wait.
And now I have extras for my next build.
