hi, i ordered the San Bartolome model ship from Pavel Nikitin online store on september 23, 2025. i have been in contact with someone named Volodymyr off and on. he has promised that the delivery is on its way, but it just keeps getting postponed. now i can't get a hold of anyone at all, the last contract i had was march 7, 2026, since then no one has responded. i think 12 months is a bit too long to wait. i paid via paypal. i want the ship but nothing seems to be coming. what should i do? best regards patrik

Twelve months is a long time to wait without any updates. Since you paid through PayPal, I’d check the available buyer-protection options and keep records of all your previous communication.
 
I feel your pain. I was told my bits were being dispatched on 25 July. Still nothing. Takes your money fast enough though. My latest response from them was something along the lines of "his house was injured". Not too sure what that means and I hope all is ok with them. Pavel has been active on his FB page though, so .............
