aye, good photos indeed - you end up anywhere near the Isle of Mull? Don't remember seeing the ship.

Sadly not . We tended to stay south of Mull as the weather had turned not very nice and the Captain decided that with an aging novice crew it was safer to stay around Islay , Mull of Kintyre , Bute and Aran .... so I suppose truly speaking we didn’t venture of into the western Isles but we got the idea without . Beautiful scenery and from my road ventures through Skye and around the north coast 500 knew it could only get better . My wife is from Ayr so we go back to see in-laws and always enjoy Ourselves

The photo was taken between Lamlash and the Holy Isle where we went ashore one day . We did a night sailing excesise navigating around Alisa Craig

I managed to venture out onto the Flemish loop was Definately feeling outside my comfort zone and sore on the feet and white knuckles

Have you ever been to St.Kilda when you have been Sailing?
Better know as the" Island on the edge of the World" ,I spent 6 months on that rock . when I was at RARH ( Royal Artillery Range Hebrides).
