A couple of questions on you great work:

Did you intentionally use fewer frames on the open side so that it would be easier to see the interior? I’m currently building the Trident kit of Alert and I’m wondering whether to install fewer frames or to later remove some frames on one side to show the interior. What do you advise?

What did you use as a pattern for your scroll work? I can’t begin to imitate your carving, but I thought I might try painting the freizes.

I like the bigger scale of 1/30. You can really add fine details at that scale.
