Keith, your build is continuing to be absolutely beautiful !Good afternoon (here anyway) and may I start by saying Thank you to everyone for your Birthday wishes and general comments on my progress with this HMS Enterprise (English spelling) as it would have been in it's day. I am moving on with the gun deck beams and knees and also the chain pump assembly midships. I am having some problems trying to work out the numbering sequence for the carlings which are supplied on sheet F3 but hopefully I will get some inspiration and work it out. It is much too hot to concentrate, with temperatures peaking at 47 degrees and no AC in my workshop. I can't go back sternwards any further with the deck beams as the steering gear needs to be fitted between the lower and gun deck. It looks like the hull will have to be removed from the cradle to allow for the fitting of the rudder. A task I shall leave until a later date. I shall concentrate on the carlings for now
