Hello everyone!!

Thank to everyone who visited and commented on my log.

Progress with the frames, I am half way through cleaning and gluing the parts together, they are dry fitted on the in the jig ,not glued in or aligned at all.

I am looking to build one of the dry dock model and parts kits. In reading your builds on these you commented on various/numerous flaws in the kits. I am an experienced builder but hate buying kits in this price range with obvious flaws. Would appreciate your comments. Have their kits improved? In particular I am looking at the Granada midship section. Did you complete it? Thanks.

As I wrote, there are some flaws in the manual but as you call yourself an experienced builder that should be no problem though

Hello all. I’m doing this model at the moment but have a few questions. Do you have any more updates on your progress? The manual leave a lot to interpretation and not ideal using a translation app to figure out what I need to do next. The kit came with a piece of what appears to be carbon paper, what is that for? Thanks. Chris.
