HMS PALLAS (1757) historical reconstruction of a frigate

Hi Pal
Welcome to SoS.
I am guessing it is hard to have a more comprehensive paper than the Pallas thesis by Flynn with his many references and drawings, so if you do, I for one would love to read it. :) Then again he titled it HMS Pallas and she had run aground and out of service 6 years before HMS was first used with the ship name rather than fully written "His Majesty's Ship". Might there be other mistakes and/or missing information in his paper?

You misunderstood me, what I meant was that I have compiled considerably more service history information since my thesis was published in 2006. As for the usage of the prefix HMS, I was totally unaware of that fact. What would be the best source for this info?

Thank you,

P. Erik Flynn MA, RPA
