Hi,
I opened my new model, the HMS Surprise 1:48 and I find absolutely no part numbering in any boxes, no plans to do the sails and masts, and most importantly, no descriptions of any one single part, especially the planking lengths and dimensions. Where can I download a list of parts for the entire model. I received my parts in separate boxes, and I did not order the entire kit at once. I also notice that the box nr 24 is missing. The instructions which I downloaded are also very vague. What is supposed to be in box 24, and where can I get all these downloads

Hi Anita, your best option would be to contact the kit manufacturer or dealer you bought the kit from.
Good luck with the build.

Mike

Hi Anita.
My new kit also did not come with a parts list. Their reason is that they make their kits using a mass production process and all parts are counted three times, so there is (according to them) no need for a parts list.
Who is the kit manufacturer?
Another option if you can't get in touch with the manufacturer, would be to contact the dealer you purchased the kit from.
I hope this helps !

Surprise!!

Who makes the kit?
I agree that it would be good let members know so we can avoid making the same mistake. I believe there is at least one from Spain, one from China and one from Italy that make a Surprise kit so whatever you can do to help folks would be appreciated.
