Cmb, Those are beautiful. I have never had trouble with Tempera once it is Dullcoted.. I put several coats on. Darn, once I hit 90 years old ,I have had some health problems & dropped ships & started painting 1/32 Civil War soldiers to make a small diorama I didn't stop model building though. I have used my Tempera on painting Civil War flags. Worked great.
Below , one of my train layouts. I did 6 . 2nd is the 2 1869 4-4-0 locos from the 1869 Meeting of the rails & I also just finished a bunch of Civil war Ironclads. I will try to get them on. The engines are 1/25 & I built them from the old General kit.3rd is my 1/96 Revell Kearsarge I built 2 ,years ago along with the Alabama.I love plastic kits for old guys.
