HMS Victory is almost always depicted with the external pedestrian doorways open and no doors. In trying to tailor my build, two questions arise which I can not find answers to:
1. What did the doors look like?
2. How were they fixed in place and where were they in the "open" position?
Any assistance appreciated please.

If you mean the side entry port there is just one answer: We do not know ...

I am resaerching already for years but no contemorary evidence came up so far. Not in models, not in drawings or paintings and neither in admirality orders.
In the 1860ies there are french doors existing, upper half as one part, the lower half as 2 doors like in a western saloon.

If there are any new informations to come up, I would be happy :)
