How to shape sails

Hello all
I am currently installing sails on my Amerigo Vespucci and was wondering of the best approach to shape the sails as if they were full of wind?
Recommendations are welcome

Fully billowed sails look great, but few modelers make them. Usually that sails are draped flat with some of them raised using the buntlines or furled to allow better view of the deck.
