Hello! I recently caught the model ship making bug and have put together a couple kits so far. I started with the Midwest Skipjack kit, and then did a ship in a bottle kit I found on Ebay. Next up is another Ebay find, the Charles W. Morgan!
I also have all sorts of other hobbies, from building furnature, to 3D printing.
Please let me know if you have any tips to share!

Welcome from the north, in Oklahoma. I know we have several other Texans here as members.

Best hint I can give to a model builder is to remember its only a hobby and doesn't have to be a "Perfect Build"
 
Also welcome aboard from Oklahoma, (not native so nothing against Texans)Look forward to your build I also Have that kit in my backlog.
