Is the site having issues??

I am seeing oddities also... And no flags too. Wonder if it has to do with the mobile responsive layouts...
 
Hoy Sir, I do not mean to disturb you. I can't get some of my photos to attach/load. I'm not sure if it's my phone. When I want to 'attach file's. I will go to the Gallery icon and click iui co. Then I will pick a photo or two and click on them. I then see a slot for the photo but no photo appears? The slot shows a % of load stuck at 0%. The photos just wont move from my Gallery to the reply section to be posted. Once in awhile I can get a photo to post. I'm wondering if I'm in a bad reception/transmission spot? Please dont worry about it Sir, my phone is old and some modesty on my part is best. Thank you so much Sir. Much respect.
 
Alright, I thought it might be a problem on our end, this is why I am alerted. If you have a PC or Mac, try uploading images from there.
