Witaj
Wiele rzeczy Pawle robimy w naszych modelach które są później niewidoczne a nas kosztowało to dużo wysiłku, ale sprawia nam to dużo satysfakcji że one tam są a my o tym wiemy . Praca na najwyższym poziomie . Pozdrawiam Mirek

Paul,
I know there is probably no such thing in your workshop but, could you please show a do-over, boo-boo or something to make us mere mortals feel better

Outstanding work sir.
Good morning Ron. Paul did show us a boo boo on his cathead in post #2727. I am sure he deliberately made this blunder and posted it just to make us mere mortals feel betterROTF. Cheers Grant

Today a rather brief post that represents a LOT of work: the quarter deck has now been outfitted with lodging knees, hanging knees, and carlings...

It's a pity that these curved hanging knees are not really visible once all the lodging knees and beams are in place:

A peak at the hanging knees:

Next up... I'm going to take a shot at the upper deck bulkheads:

I enjoy following your work, my friends! Lots of interesting builds out there!
Perfect Paul. Inspirational. Cheers Grant

And now a word on making mistakes during the build... You guys make me laugh ROTF. Has no one read my report on planking and detailing the Vasa hull ROTF. (Well, of course you haven't, the log is 200 pages long .)

Anyway, I suppose I make as many mistakes as anyone. Though I do work at a very deliberate (translation: SLOW) pace, so maybe I catch things along the way. I also study what I am going to make next for several days before beginning the actual construction. For example, I am just now starting to work on the bulkheads but I have already been mentally working on these parts for a week. How will I make these things? How have others made them? What do I need to buy? What is the best order of fabrication? By the time I start actual construction I have already made the parts in my imagination so it's just a matter of doing what I have already done (if that makes sense).

Maybe everyone works like this? Though I suspect there's a bit of let's give this a shot and see how it goes out there as well. In the end it doesn't matter - it's just for fun!

Now I also use the ‘Grant-Quote’ True Story!
That's pretty much the same as ‘sometimes’ I don't react to a comment from my Admiral...... "Are you thinking about building your model again?" Yep, it's not working out the way I think it should......
Regards, Peter

Oh I've got a better one. I do same preparations as you. It turns out worse than I though. After at least 5 re-dos I finnally leave something that I'm not pleased with and after a month I throw away last month or two of work and start all over againROTF , but

Anyway still waiting for some real error to prove you're not a artificial machine;):)
