Kit by CAF, La Renommee Long Boat, Scale 1:48

Hello everyone, I'm back again. I've been busy with other things these days and don't have much time to build ship models. When I saw CAF produced the new La Renommee Long Boat, I got it as soon as possible. This is the most complete restoration kit I've ever seen, so I recorded the production process and recommend it to everyone.

I really like the solid wood ribs, although it was a challenge to install them like a baby.

Wow! Nicely done and I loved the metal work you did on it. I wonder why CAF called it the "La Renommée" long boat and not just mid-1700s French long boat? Was something different about La Renommée's long boats as compared to others?
