Lady Washington Plans (or kit, or anything!)

Been looking at the 1989 replica ship the Lady Washington.

Has anyone seen plans for this ship, or even a kit, or any information? She seems well known for various film appearances ( to me she is the Interceptor in POTC 1). However I cannot find much detailed info so far searching the internet.
