Adding polyurethane foam between the bulkheads.

I have the feeling this is going to be good. Do you always use foam on this type of build? I am guessing it helps with the profile and subsequent planking? Regards.

What kind of polyurethane foam do you use? How is it applied? Is it a paste that dries to a solid?

Its a high density polyurathene foam,if you live in the Usa or Canada in Home Depot is very cheap ,pink insulations,1 inch thick boards.

I was thinking about my own sentence.....it is the planking of the poop deck and not main, so the Kings plank has not to take over longitudinal forces......so no kings plank necessary....am I right?

Really enjoying the build - in Post #10 I noted a "Micro Mill" post that the proxxon Milling Head has been attached to. I have been looking at buying the Vanda Lay Acra Mill but the "Micro Mill" shown in the photo appears to be much more substantial. Would you have a link to the manufacturer or retailer? Cheers Pete
