Large, heavy tugboat needs a woodworker!

I have this tugboat model I'd like to sell. Does anybody know anyone who would want it? Or even an idea of how much it is worth? Is it rare?.. or dime a dozen?

The hull seems solid and is over 50 lbs, 55" long, 12" wide. About 20" high.

I am in Savannah, GA and this came from the Chart House restaurant about 25 years ago.

I cross the fingers, that there will be somebody interested in this partly finished model.
BTW: Is it prepared for RC Radio Controlled or is it a static model?
