You're not fooling us, Russ. Any Lego purchases for a 22 month old great grandson were really for the great grandpaJust getting caught up Jan. We had our 22 mo. old great grandson, Charlie, for the weekend, so not time to get on the forum. It's good to be back at work so I can rest.
That's a beautiful build! We took Charlie to the mall Saturday to do a little clothes shopping for him. Well, there just happens to be a Lego store there...

TRUE, TRUE, TRUEYou're not fooling us, Russ. Any Lego purchases for a 22 month old great grandson were really for the great grandpa...

That obvious, huh? Well, we do have him putting Duplo bricks together, so that's a good start! You're not fooling us, Russ. Any Lego purchases for a 22 month old great grandson were really for the great grandpa...

In my defense, I had over 13,000 points burning a hole in my pocket (from purchases for the Admiral), so that knocked about $120 off the price of the paddle wheeler - so I, um - saved money!![]()
No Sir, can't beat that kind of logic. On the other hand what else did you get

Only the paddle wheeler. They only had one left - they were out of the Starship Enterprise and Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship - which is probably a good thing. I really need to get back to the Oseberg. So many fun projects and so little time. Sigh. Plus, when we have Charlie, there's no getting anything done!No Sir, can't beat that kind of logic. On the other hand what else did you get

Yup, sounds about right. We have seven year old Niece that keeps me busy when she comes for a weekend visit.Plus, when we have Charlie, there's no getting anything done!![]()
Reminds me of one of my co-workers who produced a carton of 48 Bic lighters which he purchased from Sams Club telling me how much money he had saved. I told him I saved more buy NOT going to Sams Club. That obvious, huh? Well, we do have him putting Duplo bricks together, so that's a good start!
