first of all a warm welcome here on board of our forum
I am crossing the fingers, that somebody is able to help.
Maybe it is helpful to show us a photo of the kit or model, so we can search for the plans?
I guess Veron is the name of the kit manufacturer?

Welcome aboard, Ted. The resources of knowledge and old kit plans to be found here are vast and the members friendly. I hope we will be able to get you back on track. I could be wrong but I'm assuming you are referring to the Veron model company of the late 1950s / early 1960s, as described here:
https://www.modelboats.co.uk/1235/the-veron-story/ I'll also make a bet that you're looking for the instructions needed to assemble their 68' RAF Rescue & Target-Towing Launch, as seen assembled here:

My own stash of vintage plans don't include those for this model, alas, but surely another forum member either possesses them or can point you to a source. Best wishes from Florida USA!
